Health Care Under Occupation in Palestine

The San Diego chapter of Al-Awda, The Palestine Right to Return Coalition, is pleased to announce that, as part of their national speaking tour, three Palestinian health workers from Ibdaa Health Committee of Deheisheh Refugee Camp in Palestine, will be in San Diego on Wednesday, March 29, 2006. Their presentations will take place at San Diego State University, Student Services Building Rm#1401 starting at 7 pm.

The three health workers, Wisam Hasanat, Areej Ja'fari and Talal Shihadeh, will discuss the political and health situation of Palestinians living under occupation, the health needs of Palestinian refugees, and the important work the Ibdaa Health Committee carries out to address these needs in Deheisheh refugee camp.
